To guarantee your logo is of the highest quality we would need an EPS or AI file. You may send PDF’s and Jpegs if you do not have the other options and the artwork team will check and advise if the file needs redrawing and any costs associated with this. Please click HERE for more information.

Payment can be made by debit card or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. We can only accept credit card transactions up to £1000. Please use your order number as the payment reference, this can be found on your order acknowledgment.

We aim to brand your items within 5-7 days and then despatch. This depends on stock availability and current job levels.

We aim to brand and deliver within 10 days from artwork approval. Please inform our sales team of deadlines before orders are placed. Delivery dates are subject to stock availability and production times. Delivery dates are fixed upon final artwork approval.

A visual is sent via email after we have processed your order. We send visuals to ensure all spellings are correct and you are happy with the placement of your logo. We cannot proceed to production unless we have a written approval. Please note once we are given approval it is not our responsibility for any artwork errors.
