Artwork Guidelines

Help us reproduce your branding clearly and accurately. Here’s everything you need to send production-ready artwork for embroidery and print.

Send us the best file you have

Best files

Editable vector artwork gives the cleanest result at any size.

AI EPS SVG PDF

Often usable

High-resolution images may work, ideally at 300 dpi and final size.

PNG PSD JPG

Please avoid

Small web images, screenshots and document copies usually lose detail.

SCREENSHOT WORD

Different processes need different artwork

Embroidery

Your logo is converted into a stitch file. Very fine detail, tiny text and gradients may need simplifying.

  • Clear, high-quality source artwork
  • Solid colours wherever possible
  • Pantone references for close matching
  • Allow for embroidery digitisation

DTF Transfer Printing

Vector artwork is ideal for logos and lettering. Pixel-based images must be large, sharp and correctly prepared.

  • Vector logos or 300 dpi images
  • Transparent background if required
  • Fonts outlined or supplied
  • Accurate brand colour references
