02 / Delivery

DPD next-working-day delivery

After your order is completed

“Next working day” means the working day after your completed order has been dispatched—not the day after your order is placed. Delivery may take place at any time up to 6pm.

On the delivery day, DPD will email an estimated one-hour window. You can use the options provided to update your delivery instructions or choose an alternative arrangement.

Order placed → Production completed → DPD dispatch → Next working day

Track your DPD parcel

Enter the tracking number from your dispatch email. Your tracking details will open securely on the official DPD website.

Approval keeps production moving

Typical proof turnaround 24 hrs Monday to Friday

Your proof is emailed for approval

Artwork proofs are normally emailed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Production begins after your proof has been approved, so any delay in approval may affect the estimated completion date.
